Thanks a million! I am in my 30s, and never played a lot of baseball as a younger person. In 2 minutes, you taught me how to pitch with some accuracy. REally appreciate you sharing this. Thanks again. Keep up the good work.
its 1 MPH more ****ing be a man, just throw harder
You still are a younger person.
please kill yourself
whatever coach out there that is teaching momentum pitching should be fired…torquing your body to the point of being off balance and teaching guys to throw a baseball like a softball player would pitch her ball is rediculous…do some squats, towel drill, work on reaching through the glove and you should be fine…look up paul reddick baseball hes pretty smart about all this stuff, im 20 and joined the 90 mph club and now pitch in the rotation at college…get an education lol
and browiz…ifhes winding up that means there is no runners on base…which means that unless you fall all over your self, chances are your not going to balk…just thought id throw that one in there
nice vid just you should step back it creates better speed but other than that nice vid
it stinks
You are actually supposed to use the gravity that pulls down on your leg when you lift it. Bad Video.
Something I noticed is when you are at first balance point your toe down, relaxe, because a loose muscle is faster then a tight one.
u cant teach some one how to make ur delivery that is some thing a person catches on and figures by him self
i know hes right people can have any motion they want
exactly, it in the long run helps you stay closed as well
you know, when you are ready to delivery, you´re back is fligth, i mean you have to move you ´re back down because , you´ve been pitching so wrong body………
“slight angle”..”up, down and throw”.This guy is absolutely clueless. This is the reason young pitchers regress and never reach full potential.
A lot of good stuff on youtube. I just checked out a trailer called The Keys to Learning Movement. I’ve seen this instructor and he’s awesome. He also has a eye-hand coordination demonstration that’s unbelievable. DVD is coming out spring 2010. Search The Keys to Learning Movement.
uhh a little too simple
faggot
all you experts make me laugh……
where are your videos?
that’s pretty cursory…
this is supposed to be simple? if he really got into it people wouldn’t be able to remember it all..
dude thiw=s was super helpful make more videos please
lol noob? he played in the bigs genius
At least when I throw I don’t force the final leg movement, it comes natural, looks natural.
this guy is awesome noobs
