How has your FAVORITE BASEBALL TEAM season start?

* What is your favorite team?
* I know it is only first week of baseball and there is about 155 games left in the season but for many of teams this will the closet they will be to the top of the standings.
the mets
they have lost 4 games out of six, mainly bacause of poor relief pitching.
they lost to the 2 easiest teams, the marlins and the nationals
Detroit Tigers
5-1 with a thrilling walk off win today. Entering today, their pitching staff had the lowest ERA in the league. Currently tied with the Twins atop the Central division.
@Shiningstar- Don’t completely dismiss the Jays chances of winning. I’ve seen enough over the last 4 or 5 years to say that a team that has no hope and comes into the season with relatively little fanfare can be at the top of the division to everyone’s surprise in the middle of August.
The Red Sox are my favorite team. I’d say they’ve had a good start. Great win on Opening Night except then they lost the next 2 to the Yankees and lost a game to the Royals. But they did have a good win yesterday against Zach Greinke which is impressive, and right now they have a big lead and it looks like they’ll win again. They’re like 4th or 5th in the AL East which I obviously don’t expect to last.. if you made predictions based on the standings right now then the Jays would win the division. It’s still very early and I’ll think they’ll have a pretty good season, and come in 1st or 2nd in the division.
Philadelphia Phillies – 5 wins, 1 loss.
I love the Reds. They are at 500 and not a bad start. I think they will stay in contention in the NL central.
My favorite team is the Yankees. We have a great start, 4-2. We’re second in the standings right now, behind Toronto. I think we’ll either end up in first, or second with the Wild Card.

cubs havent had too good of a start but it doesnt matter how good of a start you have its how you end the season and id rather have a team that starts out bad and ends great and we know we have the talent to make it
The awesome San Francisco Giants are 4-1. They are off to a great start. I love those guys !

they are 4-1 and leading their division
they play the Brewers tonight in the series finale

They’re 2-4. They could be better.

The Yankees are off to a pretty good start. They’ve wont the series against the Red Sox and the Rays.
Also, in today’s game against the Rays, Teixeira also started to warm up and finally get some RBIs and hits.
