What kinds of baseball bats are there and what different characteristics do they have? Also what brands do they use in the MLB for bats, gloves, helmets, and cleats?

alluminum bats get a omaha, glove wilson, spikes nike, the pros wear what ever they want
the best aluminum bats are usually stealths, exo, connexions, ummm and louisville slugger bats usually are pretty good also. as far as gloves go, rawlings makes a pretty mean glove. but everything is based off of your own personal preference.
their are mainly 2 bats…aluminum and wood
aluminum allows u to hit the ball farther than with wood…wood is used in the major leagues.
best bat brand= Easton
gloves= Mizuno
Helmets= doesnt matter
cleats= nike or underarmour
All the aluminum bats are for power, the ash bats are for line drives, or home runs, the flimsy black bats are for making contatct, and the darker bats are for home runs. Usually the MLB brands are Rawlings, Louisville Slugger, and Nike.
Well ill just tell u what i have used
Bats- Demarini Vexxum(hated it) Easton Stealth(great bounce)
Gloves- Wilson A2000 (lasts forever, handmade) Rawlings Properferred (beautiful, probably best all around)
Spikes- Nike airs, Any muzunos or pumas. Dont do underarmour way too stiff
Batting gloves- Underarmour, dont get crusty
Helmets- Wilson makes a nice on(not a big deal what brand you get)
