What are the top 10 senior league baseball bats out right now?

I only want to know what the numbers mean on the top of the screen when someone is on bat. Like it will show 2-2. I think it has something to do with foul balls and strikes, but what determines if its a strike or foul ball? How does a baseball player get a walk off, is it four consecutive bad pitches?

I have some baseball cards from the 1960s and I am wondering is I have some good ones that are worth a lot of money.
